Sacralisation of Landscape and Sacred Places - 3rd International Scientific Conference of Mediaeval Archaeology

The Institute of Archaeologyorganized the 3rd International Scientific Conference of Mediaeval Archaeology, entitled Sacralisation of Landscape and Sacred Places. The meeting was held on the 2nd and 3rd June 2016, at the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb
The Conference gathered about 80 participants from Croatia and 11 other countries (Estonia, Latvia, Chekia, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Romania and Iran).
Since the character of this subject transcends the traditional boundaries of the archaeological discipline, we had the pleasure to attend to a multidisciplinary encounter of different ideas, approaches, methods, results and interpretations.
