How to reach Zadar
Zadar has a well connected airport located not far from the city center. At the airport's web site you can review all available airlines and other travel options. Alternatively, you can fly to Zagreb or Split and then reach Zadar by bus.

Numerous bus operators link major Croatian cities with Zadar, but some international lines operate as well. You can review bus transport options on Zadar's bus station website.
Zadar is easily reachable from all directions by highway:
- from Zagreb take the A1 direction Split
- from Rijeka take the A6 direction Zagreb/Split and then follow Split at Bosiljevo crossroad
- from Dubrovnik take the State road E65 and then the A1 at Ploče
The exits for Zadar city center are Zadar I or Zadar II.
